charming stay near piazza erbe!

professional staff central location high quality breakfast

Marco was professional. He helped us a lot when we had an accident one evening. he supported us a lot throughout that situation. the location was super central, rooms were recently renovated, and breakfast included high-quality options!

the sound proofing was not adequate! i could hear noises from other rooms like stomping and voices.

clean room large beds fresh food missing bathrobe missing slippers quiet bar

the room was very clean. the beds were the largest i have slept in during my trip around europe! the breakfast offered a nice selection of fresh food, coffee and tea.

my room lacked a bathrobe. slippers were also missing. the bar area was deadly quiet, and there was no one on duty there.

The minibar was quite noisy. it made sleep difficult at times. also, the green nightlight was too bright. I couldn't get the room dark enough. it shone right in my face, really annoying.

The location was pretty good. I could walk to most places i needed to go.

The room had a weird green night light that was always on. I could never get it completely dark. also, the breakfast lacked italian cheese. the butter and cheese weren't kept cold. That was a bit off-putting.

i appreciated the central location very much. the staff helped me get to the hotel when i had driving difficulties. they assisted me with parking arrangements. the room was clean and well kept.

The bar was quiet. I felt the bar area needed more atmosphere.

Excellent Central Stay

excellent location spacious room security presence

The location is excellent. Piazza Erbe is less than half a minute away. I found the hotel within walking distance of key churches and the tower. The room itself was spacious and matched its description. I did not sample breakfast. I observed a security presence near a synagogue.

Soundproofing seemed inadequate. I could hear scraping furniture from adjacent rooms. Excessively loud music from surrounding bars persisted late into the night. There was no understanding from the reception staff when I raised the issue.
